You know him from Vines, you’ve seen him on YouTube, you’ve probably heard his songs. He’s Scotty Sire, the digital content creator and vlogger we’ve known for years. He recently invited Men’s Health into his home, which is how we all got a glimpse of his workout routine, his fridge essentials, and his everyday diet.
Scotty Sire Works Out Every Day
Wondering how you can get his ripped body? The short answer is: do like Scotty Sire and hit the gym every day. There are no shortcuts through it. The long answer offers more details. For example, Scotty has a home gym in his garage, which makes it easy to go and workout whenever he wants. Some days, he says, he works out twice. He loves leg workouts, specifically the gluteal region, as they make him feel stronger, and he thinks it’s showing in making him look better. The only time Scotty would miss a workout is if he’s dealing with a bad hangover.
Scotty’s Fridge and Diet
If there’s one thing you’ll always find in Scotty Sire’s fridge, it’s a bowl of chicken. And eggs. And different types of milk. In general, his fridge is packed with protein-rich foods to complement his workouts. He jokes that, on the contrary, the only thing you’ll never find in his fridge is a dead body!
As for his diet, Scotty says he’s not a picky eater. He tries to avoid tamago (in sushi), and he likes his burger pretty standard – with lots of meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. His breakfast typically includes a protein bar and coffee. He’s a big believer in plant-based protein (his favorite shake is with pea protein) because it digests better than other non-plant proteins. Scotty doesn’t snack much. He believes it’s because he has good food for his big meals that he doesn’t feel the need to cheat or go crazy on snacks.
